Sound Bath Meditation at LaLa Event Centre
Experience an evening of deep relaxation through immersive therapeutic sound.
This special small-group session will feature gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and other healing instruments designed to support nervous system relaxation and inner balance.
This upcoming session will place a stronger focus on the gong experience and will include two large immersive gongs creating deep resonant vibrations and a rich sound atmosphere.
Unlike large crowded events, this private small-group setting allows for a more comfortable and relaxing experience.
