I am a registered medical office assistant and a seeker of truth about health. I was trained in Medical Terminology and Human Diseases at Confederation College in Thunder Bay. I have a special interest in alternative and integrative medicine and in how to practically apply these approaches in our daily lives. After experiencing powerful improvements in my health through traditional forms of medicine, particularly lymphatic massage, I decided to open my holistic massage practice in Kingston, Ontario, to help others enhance their health as well.

As a certified reflexologist and massage practitioner, I offer professional holistic massage for relaxation and well-being, which addresses a variety of health issues. I am also a qualified Metaphysical Practitioner, holding a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science (B.Msc.) from the University of Sedona. With a background in Medical Journalism, I am dedicated to finding answers to all medical questions. Often, I discover that the answers lie within us and in the way we live our everyday lives.
